Describe your preferences and let an AI coach research suitable exercises from the library and suggest a training plan to you. Once a first version is created, you can interactively refine it by using the chat or by editing the plan yourself.

Follow your plan and log your workouts with tracali. During training, you'll see insights from your previous sessions and detailed exercise instructions when you need them. Add notes about how you felt during the workout. This feedback helps your AI coach refine future recommendations.
